No, not yet. And you have to draw with a blunt foam thing that's hard to get used to, but I had no sketchbook with me where I was at and it forced me to work at it and I am getting used to it.
I've been using iPad too lately. I find it a little difficult but it has a very intuitive interface. I broke out the Cintiq a couple of days ago and realized how much I like the Sketchbook. it is just so easy to zoom in and out. it just lacks a lot of the bells and whistles. Great drawing!
Have you seen the Daggi pen for iPad. It's better for the detailed drawings. Gives you a fine point but you have to hold it in an odd way. I tried the Pogo first and that thing is horrible. The pen I use now I ordered on Amazon and I love it.
• Label your posts like this: month.day.year Name. For example, 08.17.09 LWhite •The goal is least a full page in a sketchbook per day • Any subject matter, media, level of finish is fine • You should post at least every three days • Pages should be dated • The overall goal for the sketches is to have fun and to draw when the moment or opportunity presents itself. Also to encourage experimentation and interpretation. The goal is NOT for every page to be pretty.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip on the pen (no pun intended -- but it's there anyway! Heyo!) I'll check out the Daggi pen.
ReplyDeleteThis is so cool. The reasons to buy an iPad grow everyday. Thanks for all the good info with a fabulous sketch!
