The paper is cover stock weight. I went out and picked up a ream of midtoned cover stock from a paper supply store. Then I had the 8.5 x 11 pages cut in half and then spiral bound into 12 sketchbooks. They're working pretty well. Not too big, not too small and I love working on the toned paper.
• Label your posts like this: month.day.year Name. For example, 08.17.09 LWhite •The goal is least a full page in a sketchbook per day • Any subject matter, media, level of finish is fine • You should post at least every three days • Pages should be dated • The overall goal for the sketches is to have fun and to draw when the moment or opportunity presents itself. Also to encourage experimentation and interpretation. The goal is NOT for every page to be pretty.

Yep, definitely one of those days. How thick is the paper on that sketchbook of yours?

That's a good idea. I was wondering how you were painting on it. My toned paper is thin and would crinkle with water. I might have to use your method.
